Transforming Transplantation: Proven Success in Finding Lifesaving Donors
At GiftWorks, we believe recipients and living donors deserve more than just hope—they deserve a clear path forward. That’s why we provide expert coaching, strategic tools, and compassionate guidance to help navigate the complex transplant journey. By partnering with transplant centers, we’re ensuring that every recipient and donor receives the support, education, and care needed to turn possibility into reality.
Guiding Recipients & Donors
Over the past decade, GiftWorks has supported numerous transplant recipients. While living donation leads to better outcomes, most recipients struggle to ask for help—it can feel overwhelming and deeply vulnerable. But when recipients stay engaged and commit to the our process, help often shows up in remarkable, even life-changing, ways.

“Over the past two years, our collaboration with GiftWorks has yielded exceptional results, beginning with a successful pilot program involving 10 kidney patients. Building on that success, we expanded to 25 recipients in Phase 2, achieving a 32% living donor transplant rate, which outpaces the national average. In 2023, 28,142 kidney transplants were performed in the U.S., with 6,953 resulting from living kidney donors. This data underscores the critical role of living donation in addressing the growing demand on the U.S. kidney transplant waitlist and highlights the efficacy of our approach.”
